On the strength of our work for another client, we were asked by leading independent Mid Wales estate agents Aled Ellis to develop a website that could utilise the latest technology and keep them at the forefront of what is a very competitive market.
Fully responsive and completely bespoke, with the company brand to the fore, The Aled Ellis & Co Ltd website has its own bespoke content management/administration system to back up a system which automatically updates the listings from two outside housing and letting databases (Vebre and LetMc). If those databases fail for any reason, the administration system will take over and allow the user to manually create and edit listings.
The listings pages have been designed to showcase properties to their fullest potential, allowing the user to see the listing information easily and in detail, and download brochures and various other elements that may be of use.
The website also has other features including:

Custom property displays including featured listings, image slideshows and brochure downloads.
An auction/mart listing section with editor, display gallery and PDF upload/download.
An interactive calendar and the ability to review previous auctions.
